- Labels: The product must have its original tags and labels intact.
- Original packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging or similar packaging to ensure safety during shipping.
- Proof of purchase: You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. a purchase confirmation email) so we can verify the transaction.
3. How to request a return
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

- Get return instructions: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you detailed instructions on how to return the product. This will include the return shipping address and steps to take.

4. Refund Inspection and Processing
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect the condition of the item. The inspection process may take 3-5 business days. Once completed, we will notify you via email of the results.
Refund Acceptance: If your item is eligible, we will confirm the refund to your original payment method. The refund time depends on your bank or payment service provider, but it usually takes about 30 business days for the money to appear in your account.
5. Cancellation of Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and the order has not been processed. To cancel, please email [email protected] with your order number. We will respond and confirm your cancellation via email.
Please note that after 24 hours, if your order has been processed or is in transit, we cannot cancel it. You can wait for your order to be delivered and then return the item according to our returns policy.
6. Additional charges and responsibilities
In some special cases such as incorrect delivery address or undelivered order, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges if the item is returned to us and has to be sent back a second time. Therefore, we recommend that you double check your shipping information when placing your order.
